My art is about seeing and transforming and manifesting. With my ability to work naturalistically, I try my hand at the body. I work on my bodies. Wounds, dreams, thought structures are my themes. I am interested in psychological themes in my art and I try to depict them by means of structures and surface treatment. They are used technically to make emotional processes in and on people visible. I am interested in visualizing psychological processes in my sculptures. The human being is a disrupted being. Through absurd formations and growths that protrude from the body, I show a brutality that being always means to me. But sensuality is also a theme that occupies me a lot. With my works I also try to capture time in a pose or a facial expression of people. I experiment with materials and surfaces and am constantly searching for new forms of expression. This search manifests itself almost in the sculptures.
